River's reaction to Rory not recognising her In A Good Man Goes To War
I had a lengthy discussion with my Mother about this. It took her ages to get it.
here is my theory as to why River/Melody acted so awkwardly towards Rory when he asked her if she knew him
now before I start this babble.

We understand that River/Melody’s past is Rory/Amy/The Doctor’s future so all their previous encounters with River haven’t happend for her yet. and Everything River has experienced the gang have not. we also know that after the battle of Demon’s Run Rory is told by River that she is his daughter. theory has it this is River from “The imposible Astronaut/Day Of The moon” due to her clothing. But to the River in the jail hallway with Rory, she has spent her life knowing who her father is and her father knowing who she is. so for River this is the first time that Rory didn’t know he was her father, So I think that her reaction is because she knows from now on that they aren’t going to know who she actually is and she is going to have to become River Song and eventually have her own mother not recognise her and (as she fears) the doctor not recognise her.
That’s as much sense as I could make out of this from the absolute babble of confusion in my head.
